A: Welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable
A: The samples will take 7 days. Mass production time needs 2-4 weeks for order quantity based on different quantities.
A: Low MOQ. 2pcs sample for checking is acceptable.
A: As for express service, we usually ship samples by DHL, UPS, FedEx. And it usually takes 5-7 days to arrive. Air cargo will take about 10-15 days. Sea cargo also is optional for mass products and will take about 25-35 days.
All Lightide LED Lighting products are UL/cUL or ETL/cETL certified. Please visit the Certificate to find more details about our certifications to UL standards.

Secondly, We quote and make some simulations according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly, the customer confirms the samples and sends the payment for the formal order. Fourthly, we arrange to make production.
A: Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample if you don’t need UL Label. Otherwise, you need to make UL multiple listing first. Then we can print your LOGO together with your UL. Moreover, Lightide offers a wide range of product customization features, such as LED chips, specific CCT, or drivers. We can design and create any modification for any of the products that we offer.
A: All the fixtures are IP65 rated above and weather-resistant can withstand extreme temperatures and are usually waterproof. Some indoor led lighting fixtures are marked with a waterproof rating.
A: Yes, we offer a 5 years warranty on our products. DLC qualified products will be provided a 5-10 years warranty based on detailed requirements.

Firstly, our led lighting products are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.3%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new led fixtures or parts with new orders for a small quantity. For defective batch products, we will send you new parts to replace or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to the real situation, and you don’t need to send the bad one to us.
