They are suitable for Zone I & Zone II Hazardous Locations, Zone 20, Zone 21, Zone 22 and IIA, IIB, IIC explosive gas atmosphere. This explosion proof also can be built with an emergency battery to provide backup lighting once the main electrical power to the light is severed.
